The whole week was marked by trade fairs and business meetings around the topic of “Travel & Hospitality”. The ITB took place in Berlin from 7^th to 9^th of March 2023. The ITB sees itself as an innovation driver and leading trade fair for the global tourism industry. It was good to see that the travel industry is on the upswing again, even if the level before the Covid epidemic has not quite been reached again yet. For aproxITo there were many conversations and encounters at ITB, of course especially in the area of digital solutions and providers for the travel industry. It was good exchanging ideas with both long-standing acquaintances and new contacts about the current challenges and the opportunities presented by new digital solutions and innovative approaches.

From 10^th of March, appointments followed in Hamburg and at Internorga. Internorga, the trade fair for the out-of-home market, also sees the future of this market in digitalisation and had more than one entire hall dedicated solely to digital topics. In addition, there were many exciting impressions of new equipment, new furnishings and, of course, new food and beverages.
